About Us
How long does it take to process my order?
All items are made to order to reduce waste. Please allow 2-3 business days for production before shipping.
Why is my order taking longer than expected?
If you order 3 or more sometimes production takes longer to produce. If your order includes these, processing may take 3-5 days.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped once items are ready. We ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
How long does shipping take?
After shipping:USA: 2-5 business days
International: 10-15 business days
Will my items be shipped separately?
No, We don't ship items separately.
Do you offer free shipping?
As for now we don't.
Can shipping be delayed?
Yes, delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or high demand periods.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this, production may have already started and we cannot guarantee changes.
I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll update it. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As all items are made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to check product details and sizing before placing your order.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to resolve the issue.
What if I received the wrong item?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
What if my package is lost?
If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will help investigate with the shipping carrier.
Can I return an item for size issues?
We do not accept returns for sizing issues, so please refer to our size guide before ordering.
